The WasteXpert Dewaterer Pro is an efficient stand-alone solution for handling high volume of food waste. This avoids the need of cold-storages for waste handling at commercial facilities. The equipment extracts the excess liquid from the solid waste through centrifugal action and reduces the volume of food waste by almost 80 – 90%.
The working process of this equipment is similar to the standard Dewaterer model. Additionally, it can handle higher capacity of food waste (600 kg) per hour.

Food waste comprises of up to 80% liquid and can be extremely costly to dispose of. WasteStation grinds the food waste into fine particles, these particles feed directly into the built-in dewatering system. Through centrifugal action, the WasteStation forces out the excess liquid from the macerated waste. This “grey water” is fed directly to drain, the resulting solid fraction of the food waste is collected in small, easily managed, lidded bins, ready for onward processing.
